Welcome to OuveAI. By downloading and using our app, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Use of Service and AI Accuracy

OuveAI uses Artificial Intelligence to transcribe audio files. While the technology is advanced, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in transcriptions. The quality of the final result depends directly on the clarity of the original audio, accents, background noise, and the spoken language.

2. Credit System

The use of the application is based on a credit system (transcription minutes):

• Rewarded Videos: You can earn credits for free by watching video advertisements.
• Paid Packages: You can purchase hour packages through In-App Purchases.
• Credits have no monetary value outside the app and cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged for cash.

3. Refunds

Because processing audio through AI generates immediate server costs for us, consumed credits are non-refundable. Refund requests for accidental purchases must be handled directly with the store's support (Google Play or App Store).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OuveAI to process audio that contains illegal material, violates third-party copyrights, or is intended for fraudulent purposes.

5. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify the conversion rates of ads to credits, package prices, or suspend application features at any time, without prior notice.
