1. Audio Processing and Artificial Intelligence

The main purpose of OuveAI is to transcribe audio. For this to work:

• The audio you submit is processed in real-time using Google's Artificial Intelligence services (Google Gemini API).
• We do not store your audio. Once the transcription is complete and returned to your device, the audio file is not saved on our servers.
• Audio data is not used by us to train artificial intelligence models.

2. Automatically Collected Data

To keep the app functioning and improve your experience, we use third-party services (such as Google Analytics and Firebase) that may automatically collect:

• Device information (model, operating system version).
• Usage statistics and crash reports.
• Advertising identifiers from your device.

3. Advertisements (Ads)

Our app displays advertisements through partner networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks may use cookies and device identifiers to provide relevant ads to you.

4. In-App Purchases

All credit purchases made within OuveAI are securely processed by the app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not have access to your credit card data.

You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data we may have stored, as well as to revoke microphone or storage access permissions directly in your device settings.
